Welcome to YNA
Expect and Discover
YNA (Yeast Nucleosome Atlas) is a database integrating fragmentary data resources of chromatin structure regulations such as nucleosome occupancy, histone modification and regulatory protein binding occupancy. YNA aims to furnish a genomic observation for the correlation between chromatin-related features and gene expression. Furthermore, YNA provided a thorough investigation on chromatin regulations via the genome-wide gene miner, which generates lists of genes from user-defined biological conditions and analyzes the potential chromatic characteristics for the resulting list. With appropriate filtering criteria, researchers are able to extract proper targets for further exploration on additional nucleosomal behaviors that may possibly relate to transcriptional regulations.

Browsers Support
We recommend users to browse YNA by Google Chrome. Other modern browsers such as Microsoft IE9, Apple Safari and Mozilla Firefox 21 also perform well in YNA. JavaScript (ECMAScript) is required in YNA functionality and should be enabled in browser configuration.
